Modern Kitchen SD is a referral service, not a general contractor. We connect San Diego County homeowners with licensed, independent kitchen remodelers for full gut remodels, cabinet refacing, custom cabinetry, countertops, islands, backsplashes, and open-concept wall removals.
We do not perform the work, employ crews, hold a contractor license, set prices, or warrant jobs. The contractor you choose evaluates the kitchen, sets the price and schedule, and contracts with you directly. Verify that contractor's current CSLB license and insurance at cslb.ca.gov before you sign.
Tell us your city and project scope. We will try to connect you with an independent remodeler that serves your area. Ask that business who handles demo, cabinets, counters, plumbing, electrical, tile, and finish, and get those names in the written scope. Modern Kitchen SD does not supervise the job.

Ask the contractor when a reface beats a full remodel, when a partial demo is enough, and whether a wall is load-bearing. Get those calls in writing.

We do not do the work, set the price, or warrant the job. The contractor quotes you directly and you sign with them, not with us.
